Join a supportive space for SSU students on the Autism Spectrum to share their lived experiences and develop a better understanding of themselves and their fellow neurodivergent peers.

Stress Reduction class includes gentle yoga stretches and stress reduction techniques students can use in their daily life to help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mental and physical health.

Join the OPHD Peer Ambassadors and MECHA  as we engage in a community conversation around Machismo and how it intersects with sexual misconduct for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM).
