MySSU/MyHR Downtime Notification and Fluid Resources

Wednesday, October 12, 2022, 2:15pm

TO: Campus Community
FR: Jaime Russell, Senior Director of Enterprise Applications
CC: David Chun, Chief Information Officer

MySSU and MyHR will be unavailable starting at 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 15. We expect both systems to be available by 8:00 am on Monday, October 17.We are installing an upgrade to create a new navigation experience in MySSU ("Fluid"). The new look and feel will be a change for all users (applicants, students, advisors, faculty, and staff). Everyone will still access MySSU through the tile on the Online Services page. While some parts of MyHR will also be updated, it will not look any different than the current MyHR. Each user will maintain their current access and saved favorites.

Self Help

Check out the MySSU Fluid Navigation website to see samples of the new layout, answers to frequently asked questions, and other other helpful tools (why the change, what's different, known issues, where to find additional help, etc). In addition, we created a short video walkthrough to demonstrate the new functionality.
