Lunchtime Yoga
Take advantage of our lunchtime yoga this Fall! Please know you can join at any level of experience, including none. These sessions are open to all and are a great opportunity to meet employees from other units, while also taking a break to stretch and have a midday reset. 

  • Mondays and Thursdays (12:05 - 12:55pm, Ives 80): Meditative Yoga with Jeanne Janae 

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays (12:05 - 12:55pm, Ives 80): Yoga Flow with Kim Purdy


Vitalant Blood Drive
Vitalant will be on campus for an SSU blood drive on October 5, 2022 from 10am to 2:45pm in the Denali Gym at the Campus Recreation Center. Please enter through the side door facing the Student Center. 
 
Things to Know:

  • Donors should review the Blood Donor Qualifications prior to making an appointment.

  • Donors are encouraged to make an appointment: SSU Appointment Link

  • Arrive well-nourished and hydrated with a photo ID containing your first and last name.

  • The donation process takes approximately one hour (add an additional 20 minutes for a double red cell donation).

  • Double Red Cell Donation – Power up your donation with an automated double red cell donation.

  • Fast Track – Donors can complete the health questionnaire online prior to arriving to the drive – visit vitalant.org and click the ‘Health History Questionnaire’ link at the bottom of the page. The questionnaire must be completed the same day as the donation.


 
Kaiser Flu Shot Clinic
Kaiser Permanente will be on campus to administer free flu shots for Sonoma State University employees on October 11, 2022 from 10am to 1pm in the Student Center, Ballroom D. Please refer to our September 23rd email for registration details.
