Student Wellness Screening Issue on Apple Devices

FR: COVID Monitoring Team
The COVID Monitoring Team and Student Health Center are aware of a problem preventing students from accessing the Daily Wellness Screening tool on a mobile device. The issue is isolated to iOS devices (Apple devices) that have not been updated to the latest iOS version.
Students have been notified and asked to update their Apple device(s) software to the latest iOS version. 
If students are unable to update the iOS version on your Apple device, they can complete the Daily Wellness Screening on a laptop or desktop computer. Information on updating to the latest iOS version can be found here.
