Payroll and Benefits is excited to announce the new paperless W-2 Statement feature in Cal Employee Connect (CEC). Employees who “opt-in” will be able to view and download their tax statement earlier than those who continue to receive the printed version via mail. The new paperless option will also:

Support sustainability, a SSU core value;

Minimize the potential for mail theft, loss or receipt of damaged W-2; and

Reduce time to request and receive a duplicate statement if needed.
To opt-in, please log into your CEC account and select “Go W-2 Paperless today!”
