Creative thinking is among the most in-demand skills in today’s workforce. But creativity doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it flourishes in environments where inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety are the norm, not the exception. Led by CSUN alumna Genein Letford, M.Ed., we’ll explore the powerful intersection of intercultural curiosity and creative thinking. Gain a fresh perspective on how to foster a workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and actively uses them to fuel innovation. You’ll walk away with tools to understand the connection between culture and creativity, reflect on your own cultural lens, learn how to engage more effectively across differences, and begin building a culture where creativity and inclusion go hand in hand.
