Classes and Workshops
Jazzercise is a dance-based full-body workout, blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. Each class incorporates cardio and strength training, set to top 40 music.
Pilates is a low-intensity workout that involves a series of precise movements to strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility.
Buti yoga is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, cardio, strength and conditioning and deep abdominal toning through a signature spiral movement all within the framework of vinyasa flow.
